1) The general terms and conditions published on this website apply to this scheme.
2) You must be over 18 years of age and resident in Great Britain to avail of this scheme.
3)Employees of NetPlay TV and any associated company, their families and anyone connected with NetPlay TV and the scheme, or those ineligible to enter under other clauses in these terms, may not participate in the scheme.
4) All trips offered under this scheme are operated by Thomas Cook Retail Ltd. NetPlay TV can accept no responsibility for the operation of any trip offered, or for any issues or problems arising from the acceptance of any trip by any Player. Thomas Cook Retail Ltd are an ABTA and ATOL registered travel company and as such offer all guarantees and bonds associated with the products and services they offer.
5) To qualify for the "Win a Trip to London" scheme the player must have an account with SuperCasino and have used that account to place bets during the month preceeding the draw to determine the winner. For example, for a draw occurring on the 1st of November, the player must have placed a bet during the month of October.
6) To qualify for the "Win a Trip to Las Vegas", "Win a Trip to Macau" or "Win a Trip to Monte Carlo", schemes the player must have an account with SuperCasino and have used that account to place bets during the three months preceding the draw to determine the winner. For example, for a draw occurring at the beginning of November, the player must have placed a bet during the months of August, September or October.
7) All qualifying players will be entered into the draw and the winner will be chosen at random and announced live on-air at a pre-established date and time, made public and advertised during the live shows.
8) All "Win a Trip" schemes are for 2 people, being the winner of the prize as announced on air and one other travelling passenger.
9) Offers of the free trips must be taken up within 6 months of the prize being awarded.
10) Dates available for travel will exclude busy periods and holidays such as Christmas, Easter and New Year. Further restrictions may apply depending upon the Player’s choice of date. Availability for any requested dates will be verified and confirmed by Thomas Cook Holiday Prizes at the time the booking is being made. Availability of any desired dates of travel by any Player cannot be guaranteed and is wholly dependent on Thomas Cook Retail Ltd’s availability at that time. NetPlay TV cannot be held responsible for any lack of availability.
11) Once a Player decides on their dates of travel their details will be passed to Thomas Cook Retail Ltd., who will in turn arrange all aspects of the trip from that point on. Players are reminded that they will need to adhere to any and all passport and/or visa regulations applicable to any trip they accept and must also adhere to any and all booking requirements Thomas Cook Retail Ltd may have in place associated with any trip. Details of any and all restrictions or regulations will be made known to the Player by Thomas Cook Retail Ltd at the time of booking.
12) NetPlay TV reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without prior notice.
