Should you feel you have a problem with gambling responsibly, self-Exclusion allows you to prohibit yourself from playing Live Roulette and other games offered by NetPlay TV.
You can choose to exclude yourself for a period of six months, a year or even forever. Simply complete the following online form and we will take care of the rest to ensure you will not be able to re-register.
When you self-exclude, your registered telephone numbers, email address and card numbers will be placed on our self-exclusion list and you will not be able to use these details to re-register and/or deposit. We therefore ask that you provide us with any additional telephone numbers, email addresses and card numbers that we are not aware of in order to help us to help you.
You will not be able to re-register or re-open your account with us if
you are inside your chosen period of self-exclusion (6 months, one year,
etc). However, should you wish to reverse this decision once you are outside
of your chosen period you will be required to wait a seven day period before
confirming your choice to reopen your account. Plus we may ask you to confirm
your decision to us in writing.
