  5. Do I need ID to join?

    1. You don’t normally need ID upon registering unless we have an issue verifying the details you provide us with. We may ask you to provide further verification of your age, address and identity at a later date. This will normally be a copy of your passport or driving license, a copy of a bank statement or utility bill and front and back copies of the credit/debit cards registered on your account. We will request this information via email or telephone. Please be aware that it may be necessary to close or temporarily suspend your account should we be unable to properly identify you at any time.

  7. How do I know my money is safe with you?

    1. Your account balance is kept separately from our account balances so that your interest in the account is identified by us to our bank.   15. How Do I Use Free Spins

    1. Once your free spins have been added as a result of a promotion/deposit/code etc. Just follow the steps below...

  • What are the minimum and maximum deposit amounts available?

    1. The minimum deposit is £10. The maximum deposit is £3,000 per transaction. Of course, you are welcome to make multiple transactions totalling more than £3,000.
