WITHDRAWALS

1. How do I make a withdrawal?
You can make a withdrawal online by selecting the "Withdrawal" option within the "My Account" section of the site. To action a bank withdrawal online you will need your Bank Withdrawal Activation Key, which is sent to your postal address as part of your welcome pack. This code cannot be sent in any other way.
Your withdrawal will be dealt with within 3-5 working days and you should receive your payout cheque or bank transfer usually within 5 working days after processing.
You may also withdraw money from your account by calling our Hotline, 0800 1984 777, and pressing option 5 in the main menu to make a withdrawal. Alternatively go through to our customer services department by calling the hotline and selecting option 2. Withdrawals made in this way are paid by cheque posted to the registered home address. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the actions of Royal Mail.

2. What are the maximum and the minimum amounts I can withdraw?
You may withdraw any amount from your balance whatsoever by cheque, provided you have a positive balance figure. When requesting bank transfers you are limited to a maximum of £1,000 per day (24 hours). Please note, withdrawals of £10 or less will be subject to a £1 administration fee. However, there are still no charges for any withdrawal over this amount.

3. Does it cost anything to make a withdrawal?
We only charge a small administration fee of £1 for withdrawals of £10 or under. For any other withdrawals it is absolutely free!
Should you wish to withdraw over the phone it will be charged at the national call rate, 10p/minute from BT landlines.
