  • How do I join online?

    It's easy. Provided you are over 18 years of age you can either register online, or by making just one phone call to our Hotline number, 0800 1984 777, where one of our operators will take your details. Once the registration process is complete you can start playing immediately.

  • How do I make a complaint?

    Please email the Customer Support Manager - Phil Shaw at complaints@SuperCasino.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

  • How do I close my account?

    If you wish to terminate your account, simply give us a call at Head Office, 0800 1984 777 (Mon-Fri 9am-3am).

    Please note - when Self-Excluding yourself from our services, any and all SuperCasinoRewards Programme Loyalty Points will be forfeited immediately and you will not be able to reclaim these points should you return from self-exclusion at a later date.

  • Am I eligible to play the games?

    Anyone can play our games, as long as you are over 18 and resident in the UK.

  • Can I play the game using my telephone?

    You can play Live Roulette using your telephone. Always remember though, each chip represents 1 in real money.

  • How do I know it's fair?

    Our games are conducted under a remote casino license issued by the AGCC currently held by NetPlay TV Group Ltd. We will only ever offer you games that are 100% live from the SuperCasino studio. We use a genuine, certified, casino standard equipment that is tested daily.

  • How do I know my money is safe with you?

    Your account balance is kept separately from our account balances so that your interest in the account is identified by us to our bank. This is done in accordance with the rules laid down by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission which are available to download at www.gamblingcontrol.org. Ultimate liability for your account balance lies with us, the licensee and so your money is safe even if something happens to us.

  • How do I log in?

    Once you have registered the next step is to enter in your username and password on the top right hand side of the page. Fill in your login details and click the login button. If your details are correct then you will instantly enter the Lobby page where you can then select to play a game of your choice.
    If they are not correct you will be prompted to re-enter them.   • How do I use the automated telephone system to play Live Roulette?

    To place your chips you call our Roulette hotline number, 0800 1984 777, from the same telephone that you registered with. Our computer system will recognize that you are now registered and put you straight through to the automated betting menu. Just follow the simple instructions to use your phone keypad and place your chips. Any errors made while using the automated telephone system are the player’s responsibility. Player’s bets are read back at the time of confirmation and the player accepts that once these bets have been confirmed they cannot be cancelled or altered.
    Please be aware that you can’t play Live Blackjack using your telephone at the moment.

  • Does it cost anything to join?

    Absolutely not. It is free to register with us. We bear all administration costs and we do not charge our customers to use credit cards. Credit card companies may charge you when depositing to your account as they count this as a cash withdrawal. Please check with your card issuer as to the value of these charges and applicable interest rates. If you are joining by telephone you will only be charged for the registration call at a national rate - 10p a minute from BT landlines. Please check the rates with your network provider if you are using a mobile phone as they may charge you extra. If you are joining via the Internet you will incur no charges whatsoever outside of those charged by your Internet Service Provider.
